Product Return and Refund Policy

As a general rule, our company does not offer product returns. Once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be resold. Exceptions to this policy apply only in cases where the product is defective or remains unopened within 3 days from the date you received it. Returned products must be in the same condition as when you received them. The company accepts returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or cannot function as intended.
  • The product is delivered in the wrong type, size, or model.
  • The product or its packaging is damaged to the point that the inner product is defective and unusable.
  • In cases where the customer orders the wrong item or makes any purchase error, the company does not accept returns under any circumstances.

Refunds

After the returned product has been inspected and approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds will only be issued to the original account used for payment. Refunds cannot be transferred to another person’s account.

Return Conditions:

The product and its packaging must meet all stated conditions; otherwise, the company reserves the right to refuse the return.

Return Procedure

  1. If you notice any issue with the product—such as defects, damage, incorrect size or color, or the item being unusable—and wish to request a return, please contact us via LINE at @nutsmaker within 3 days of receiving the product. Please provide proof of damage, such as product photos and packaging photos. All return requests must comply with our return policy.
  2. Our staff will contact you to confirm your return request before you proceed with sending the product back.
  3. Return the product along with documentation showing the shipping company’s tracking number.
  4. For return shipping costs: if the issue is caused by the company, we will be responsible for the shipping fee.

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products not purchased from www.nutsmaker.com or from Nutsmaker’s official social media channels.
  • Products that have been altered or processed (e.g., ground, baked, boiled, etc.).
  • The customer does not return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with special conditions.
